Shipping Information and Return Policy

For your awareness, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Holidays and weekends are not included.

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after order placed.

Please be aware if you placed an order for a pre-order item, shipping time can vary based on item arrival. Each pre-order item will include an estimated ship date.
NOTE: This ship date can change.

All purchases made after Friday 12 p.m. will begin processing on following Monday.

Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to Powder N Pose.

Standard Shipping Cost $7.99 (2-4 Business Days)
Expedited Shipping Cost $22.99 (1-2 Business Days)
Overnight Shipping Cost $45.99 (1 Business Day)

Powder N Pose is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package).


Powder N Pose Return Policy 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are exempt from being returned. Items such as accessories/jewelry (Sunglasses, handbags, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings,etc) and bathing suits (if sanitary sticker is removed) cannot be returned. Bathing suits have a return or exchange policy of 7 days (due to sanitary issues). Customers will not receive a refund if products or exchange if products have been wore are intimate or sanitary goods.

If customers would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us at From there our customer service will provide a return/exchange form. For returns customers will be offered a return slip (free of charge FOR EXCHANGE ONLY). Customers are responsible for return slips for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
*Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery; only in certain circumstances.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Refunds times are based on the credit card company or payment provider. Powder N Pose is not able to adjust refund times, but we will work quickly to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
